I have now been losing weight without dieting since the 3rd of August. I have lost 10 kg (22 lbs). During that time I have been working out every day. It's an amazing feeling to see yourself much more in shape. Since I have taken picture of myself every Friday I can easily track my progress. See my weight loss photos.

The best part of this journey is that I have not been on a diet. I have ate what I felt like eating. But the further into my journey I get the healthier I eat. And that's good. Naturally start eating healthy is much better that start with a strict diet. From time to time I still eat pizza, icecream, potato chips etc. After doing that I don't feel bad or anything cause I'm not breaking any diet rule. I know I lose weight anyway.
