I have now been sitting in front of the computer for 4 years. Thinking that I don't have time to workout and staying healthy. I have always considered myself as a fit guy. You could actually see my abs which is something I that I can't do now. I needed to

So I have started this journey. I'm going to get back in shape in 6 month and I'm going to do it without dieting. Right now I'm at day 51 one of the journey. So far it has been a success I have lost 13 lbs (6kg) of fat.
How do I lose weight
I have added a daily workout, yes, I have actually worked out for 51 straight days. I'm not saying that you should do it, I'm just doing it to prove to myself that I can do it. I know I'm going to reach my goal weight, 176 lbs (80 kg) much earlier than my goal date which is the 3rd of January 2010.
I have developed this method of losing weight naturally. What I'm mean is that I think you should listen to your body. In the beginning I just ate everything that a did before my journey. Then gradually I noticed a change in my attitude towards food. I started to look for more healthier meals. If a felt for chicken breast and rice instead of hamburgers and french fries I ate it. But the other way around as well I felt like having burgers, I did. But the more you get into your journey to get back in shape (lose weight) and noticed that the healthy eating came by it self.
I visualize myself at my goal weight
This is something very powerful. Every day, several times a day, I see myself already having reached my goal weight. I feel how it feels to have succeeded. I feel the feeling of being proud of something that I have achieved over a long period of time. Those feeling feels so real that I'm positive that I will reach my goal. It's giving me motivation to go up early in the morning to workout. It motivates me to grab an extra workout if I can, and I'm not talking about workout for a half an hour, no. I mean taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the supermarket instead of taking the car and so on.
I'm much happier
Doing this journey and my visualizations (not only reaching my goal weight) I feel much more happy. I have more energy during my workday, I feel more social, I'm more optimistic and I tend to cope with illness and injuries much better. So what ever you do don't miss the opportunity to lose weight and at the same time become I much more happier person. I have forgotten one of the most important thing why I do my journey. I want to live a longer life.
